Visitor Experience Assistant
We are looking for two enthusiastic and welcoming Visitor Experience Assistants to join our team, could it be you?
You will play an important role in ensuring that every visitor feels supported, informed and inspired during their time with us. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills and takes pride in creating a positive visitor experience.

FREE Studio Space for West Cumbrian early career artist
Are you trying to make a career in the arts but lack space to follow through on your ideas? Tired of working on a kitchen table or in the shed? Newly graduated and nowhere to work?
We offer a little studio space accessible whenever we are on site (usually Tues-Fri 8:30 - 4:30, Sat-Sun 10:30-3:30 plus some evenings) in return for a little volunteering help.

Would you like to meet people, share your skills, give a little back to the local community?
Helping out occasionally or doing regular sessions, there are a range of roles which volunteers enjoy at Florence - in the garden, maintaining the building, serving behind the bar or providing tech support for events, serving refreshments, helping with family activities.
