Back at Florence for one night only, the award-winning and Oscar-nominated film Loving Vincent will be showing once more at our special Oscar weekend screening.
The world's first ever oil painted feature film is a masterpiece of creativity with each of the 65,000 frames of the film a separate oil painting. 125 artists worked in the film over a ten-year period to create a unique visual experience.
The film tells the story of postman's son Armand, who is tasked with delivering one of Vincent van Gogh's final letters to his brother Theo, one year after the artist's death. This leads Armand on a journey of discovery into van Gogh's life and uncovers questions about the death of one of the world's best-loved artists.
Join us for our Oscar weekend screening of this extraordinary film, nominated for Best Animated Feature at this weekend's Academy Awards.
